Seafood of Coastal France - Dinner
On Tuesday, August 18th, Auberge des Artistes hosts Seafood of Coastal France — a five-course wine and seafood pairing dinner celebrating the regions of Bordeaux, Languedoc, and Provence. Each dish is poured with a wine chosen to match, from oysters and Champagne to a fig tart and Sauternes to finish.
